Spicy Egg Recipe

Ingredients:
1. | Four Eggs (boiled and cut into two parts) |
2. | Half a cup of tomato paste |
3. | A quarter cup of oil |
4. | Curry powder one tablespoon |
5. | Chilli powder half teaspoon |
6. | Green coriander (chopped) green chillies and salt to taste |
To make the paste:
1. | 2 Onion small size (finely chopped and golden) |
2. | Coconut (grated) half tablespoon |
3. | Two green chillies |
4. | Ginger one inch piece |
5. | Green Coriander One teaspoon |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | Heat oil in a saucepan and add ground spices, paste and salt and fry for a minute. |
2. | Add tomato paste and fry for another two minutes |
3. | Cut the eggs lengthwise and place in a baking dish |
4. | Pour the prepared mixture over the eggs |
5. | Heat the oven |
6. | Bake the eggs in the hot oven for 20 minutes |
7. | Garnish with green chillies and green coriander and serve |
