1.Pasanda a kilo
2.Papaya one tablespoon
3.8 Cloves (crushed)
4.Ginger (paste) one tablespoon
5.Roasted Coriander 1 tbsp
6.A teaspoon of black pepper (ground)
7.1/4 kg Yogurt
8.Three onions
9.Chilli as per requirement
10.Chilli as per requirement

Step by Step Instructions:

1.Put ginger, papaya and salt on the meat and keep it for two to three hours.
2.After that, grind all the spices and add it to the meat.
3.Chop the onion and put it on the meat.
4.Add a little ghee to the pan and fry the favorites one by one.
6.When fried on both sides, remove and eat hot.
