Pasanda Karahi Recipe
Ingredients:
1. | Pasanda a kilo |
2. | Papaya one tablespoon |
3. | 8 Cloves (crushed) |
4. | Ginger (paste) one tablespoon |
5. | Roasted Coriander 1 tbsp |
6. | A teaspoon of black pepper (ground) |
7. | 1/4 kg Yogurt |
8. | Three onions |
9. | Chilli as per requirement |
10. | Chilli as per requirement |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | Put ginger, papaya and salt on the meat and keep it for two to three hours. |
2. | After that, grind all the spices and add it to the meat. |
3. | Chop the onion and put it on the meat. |
4. | Add a little ghee to the pan and fry the favorites one by one. |
6. | When fried on both sides, remove and eat hot. |
