Mix gram flour (Besan -Chickpea flour), semolina (sooji), stearic acid ground ingredients paste and salt together well, then add enough water to make a liquid mixture. Finally add Eno’s fruit salt. Add a little oil to a plate and pour the mixture into it. Then steam it in a pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes, taking care not to place a weight on top of the pressure cooker. After that, take it off the stove and let it cool for half an hour.
Tadka (tempering):

Heat oil and add sesame seeds and Rye (Secale cereale) and let it boil. When they start to open, add a cup of water. Then sprinkle it over the dhokla (pressure cooker mixture). Finally, cut the dhokla and serve.
