1.One cup of chopped pineapple
2.Chopped papaya 1 cup
3.One cup of fresh orange juice
4.Four cups of fresh thick curd
5.Sugar-free sweetener equal to one tablespoon

Step by Step Instructions:

1.Put all the fruits in a grinder and add orange juice and sweetener and grind them all together
2.Gradually add curd to it and then grind the whole mixture until all the ingredients turn into a uniform consistency.
3.This mixture can be thickened or thinned according to your taste
4.Serve chilled in large glasses
