Ingredients:
1. | One cup of chopped pineapple |
2. | Chopped papaya 1 cup |
3. | One cup of fresh orange juice |
4. | Four cups of fresh thick curd |
5. | Sugar-free sweetener equal to one tablespoon |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | Put all the fruits in a grinder and add orange juice and sweetener and grind them all together |
2. | Gradually add curd to it and then grind the whole mixture until all the ingredients turn into a uniform consistency. |
3. | This mixture can be thickened or thinned according to your taste |
4. | Serve chilled in large glasses |
