Carrot Pudding


1.2 carrots (large)
2.Unsweetened milk 500 ml
3.Sugar-free sweetener to taste

Step by Step Instructions:

1.Peel the carrots and grate the pumpkin. Then add milk and carrots in a saucepan and cook until the carrots are soft and the milk is a little dry. Then remove from heat and add each sweetener and mix well. Can be served cold or hot as desired.
