Arabic Paratha
Ingredients:
1. | Minced meat half a kilo |
2. | Salt to taste |
3. | Two tablespoons of pomegranate seeds |
4. | Half a kilo of flour |
5. | Chopped green spices (coriander, coriander) 1 cup |
6. | Chili to taste |
7. | 4 green chillies |
8. | Four to five eggs |
9. | Half a cup of ghee |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | Knead the flour or refined wheat flour like paratha dough with salt and keep it aside for half an hour. |
2. | Add salt and pepper to the mince meat and boil it and dry it well, then when it cools down, you can add chopped green spices and if you like, you can also add coriander seeds. |
3. | Now make a square pan, place a little minced meat on one side and break an egg on it, then close it from all four corners, but be careful that it does not open while putting it on the tawa, if it dries on one side, add ghee and cook on the other side as well. Take it, the delicious Arabic paratha is ready. |
