1. | Add half salt, turmeric, lemon slices to the meat and add enough water to dissolve the meat and leave enough water to cook the rice. Boil the meat for fifteen minutes. |
2. | After that, take out the lemon slices. When the meat melts, separate the yakhni (soup). Heat oil and lightly fry the meat pieces. |
3. | Separate half a kilo of herbs from the meat and make fibers. |
4. | Heat ghee in a pan. Lightly brown the onion, then add garlic, ginger paste and tomato. Fry the spices well. |
5. | Then add salt, red pepper, white cumin and hot spices. Mix half of the roasted spices in the meat pieces. |
6. | Add rice, lentil, potato, fiber meat and yakhni (soup) to the rest of the spices and cook on low heat. When the ice dries, add the fruits and put the pieces of meat on top and keep it for 10 minutes. |
7. | First put a layer of rice in the serving dish. Then add the pieces of meat and serve. |
