Ingredients:
1. | Spaghetti (boiled) 2 cups |
2. | Two chicken breasts |
3. | Tomato ketchup 1.1/2 cups |
4. | Two Chillies (finely chopped) |
5. | One Onion (finely chopped) |
6. | One Carrot (finely chopped) |
7. | Garlic (chopped) one tablespoon |
8. | Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp |
9. | Cornflour 3 tbsp |
10. | Sugar 2 tablespoons |
11. | 1/2 cup of water |
12. | A teaspoon of salt |
13. | Oil for frying |
14. | Eggs (fried) 4 pcs |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | Cut the chicken breasts into strips. |
2. | Heat oil in a pan and fry the spaghetti and take it out in a dish. |
3. | Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, ginger and chicken. |
4. | Boil tomato ketchup, sugar and water in it. |
5. | Then add the cornflour using a spoon. |
6. | Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes, then pour over the spaghetti and serve garnished with eggs. |
