Afghani Chicken Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:
1. | Chicken half kg |
2. | Garlic four or five yokes |
3. | A teaspoon of chopped ginger |
4. | Dried Coriander One teaspoon |
5. | A teaspoon of cumin |
6. | A teaspoon of cloves |
7. | Cayenne pepper one teaspoon |
8. | Two onions |
9. | Eight Green cardamom |
10. | Cinnamon three times |
11. | Two or three green chillies |
12. | Two tomatoes |
13. | Two cups of rice |
14. | Two tablespoons of oil |
15. | Five cups of warm water |
16. | Half a cup of raisins |
17. | One carrot |
Step by Step Instructions:
1. | In a large bowl add chicken, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, onion, coriander, green cardamom, salt and water and mix. |
2. | Now cook it on low flame for thirty to forty minutes. |
3. | Then separate the meat from the yakhni (soup) and make four cups of the yakhni (soup) and keep it aside. |
4. | Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden and add chicken, tomatoes, green chillies, red chillies and cumin seeds and mix it. |
5. | Now add ice to it and cook until it boils. |
6. | Then add two cups of rice to it, mix and cover well. |
7. | Now reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes until the rice becomes soft. |
